The subjects interested in the discipline will have to publish ainformative clear and explanatory about the procedures and conditions for making reports (internal and external) that is easily accessible in the workplace and on its website.
In reference to Legislative Decree 24/2023, published in the Official Gazette SG n. 63 of 15 March 2023, transposes into the Italian legal system the Community legislation for the protection of subjects who report illegal activities or frauds within a public or private organization, the so-called "whistleblower"
